Request deletion of your Narva Taxi account

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data in the Narva Taxi app (Developer: MPTY Apps).

How to delete your account (in the app)

  • Open the Narva Taxi app.
  • Go to SettingsAccount.
  • Tap Delete account and confirm.

If you can’t access the app

Send an email to support@taxiservice.ee with:

  • your phone number used for login (Estonia, +372)
  • your nickname (if available)
  • the request text: “Delete my Narva Taxi account”

What data will be deleted

  • account profile (nickname) — removed/anonymized
  • phone number used for login — removed/anonymized
  • device identifiers used for authentication (e.g., UUID) — removed/anonymized
  • active sessions / tokens — deleted

What data may be retained

Some data may be retained for a limited time to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and ensure system integrity:

  • ride/order history and operational logs (retained in anonymized/pseudonymized form)

Processing time

We process deletion requests within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before being automatically purged.
